About Jefry

My teaching style is strength and mobility-focused, with an emphasis on control. Each class is built around a clear theme and progressive structure — developing range of motion, stability, and confidence over time.

My approach is also nervous-system aware. We use breath, pacing, and simple regulation cues so your body can settle and move well — not just push harder.

Alongside yoga, I offer Spinal Energetics sessions by appointment. Both practices support how you move, breathe, and regulate in everyday life.
