Each class is mobility-informed and inspired by CARS and PAILS/RAILS. We use joint prep and strength-based drills, then build towards a peak pose with clear progressions. The pacing is nervous-system aware — breath-led and steady, so you can move well, not just push harder.

What are CARS?
Controlled Articular Rotations — slow joint circles to explore and improve active range of motion.

What are PAILS/RAILS?
End-range isometric holds that build strength and control in positions you’re trying to open.

Is this FRC?
It’s FRC-inspired mobility work blended into a yoga class (not a full FRC session).
